not quite the same in JA yet ..
but after oil .. is water ..
it is the next big world problem ..
that is why US and Canada sign treaty/agreement between them to keep Great Lakes water for themselves..

some Chicago suburbs cannot buy/get Chicago water ( pumped from Lake Michigan) ..

they have to dig wells..
