Tourist collapses & dies at hotel

A tourist from the United States died Saturday afternoon while staying at a hotel in Negril, Westmoreland.

The man has been identified as Dale Earnest, 58, of Applewood Lane in North Carolina.

The police report that Mr. Earnest, who was a guest an all-inclusive hotel, collapsed while at the hotel's gift shop.

He was attended to by a doctor from a nearby medical facility however, efforts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.

Mr. Earnest arrived on the island on Friday and was scheduled to leave on Saturday November 8.

I`m not surprised,...I`ve seen the over-inflated prices of some of those tacky gifts.....enough to give anyone a heart attack.
