If you do ware you willing to pay a premium to visit jamaica if the government gives up Air Jasmaica and the resultant reduction in seats cause price increase on tickets to Jamaica?

Why would any airline raise rates beyond the capacity of their potential passengers ability to pay? They don't make any money if the plane is empty. Reduction in seats? Are you suggesting that nobody would step in to take over such a lucrative flight destination? Not very likely!! Far too much money to be made for the airlines to ignore JA!Governments (worldwide) are simply not good at running businesses. There are more than enough challenges for the government to deal with in JA. Running an airline is one that they can and should let go!
