it is my observation that as high as the murder rate is in jamaica random murder is not as common as it would appear.

So if the murder is not random does that make it less worthy of condemnation,...or are you suggesting that if the murderer/s are known to the victim/s then the murder statistics need to reflect this,....what exactly is your point,.....in any case,who cares if random murder is not as common as it appear,murder is murder pure and simple,my best friend was murdered there,I dont give two toss whether it was random or not,it still adds to the murder rate.
