I did a quick google, so is that a gym your referring to? I wasn't thinking of a gym but I can see where a gym, barbers/hair dressers ect. would bring local communities together. However I would prefer to support the local businessman/woman who has ambitions and is trying a ting rather than take them on myself. I want others to benefit from my projects not "hug-up" everything for myself. That would cause tensions in any community. Good suggestion btw.
