until they introduce a policy of completely retrain the rank and file of the Jamaica constabulary in policing. Istead of the military activities thay are passing off as policing, the crime and murder statistics including the killing of cops will continue. They can bring any amout of foreign top ranks. It will only be a waste of taxpayermoney,but it will serve a purpose. the purpose is to confirm that jamaica need colonialsm to function. That will appease th eplantocracy. so don't believe that the elite really want the crime and economy to improve under this so-called independence. they wan't and are working for th eopposite.
Whoi realize that 1962 was not the first time in jamaica's history that it got independence?? how many knows that?
