I have commented on it before, same way they bailed out Mirant by providing them with so-called working money, after they sold them the company.
Same way they bailed out NCB, Air Jamaica and any number of failed foreign and local companies with grandiose schemes.
As PJoke said he built more Highway than any other Prime Minister and Sistah P. said she was going to fix the roads, so that the locals could get to the Highway, thereby ensuring that the Toll Operators make more money. -
