The body was found in the bathroom.. Blocking the door... The man was drunk had a vomit, fell on the bath broke his vertabrae.... was still alive when they found him.... They moved him withut a neck restrain.. and induced a haert attack.....

If you want to dos somebody you recruit local talent.... Jamaicans criminals tend to end life with extreme impact violence... You recruit brawn not brains....

Doc the Vertabrae was mentioned before.... A friend of mine and I was discussing it during the World Cup.. I blamed Lara he was in the room opposite. (just because I dont like him). He blamed Al Haq because only Inziman has the strength to break the man vertabrae....

If you read my post above you will see that I stated that the vertibrae was originally stated in the report.
Now they are saying it was the hyoid bone,which is much more fargile,and is easily fractured.

i remember th eoriginal findings said nothing about the hioid bone,which is very easy to break
they stated that his cervical vertibrae,which is impossible to be broken by the strength of any number of human hands. Much less by one man. I pointed out the impossibillity for this to happen then. Now they are saying it is the hyoid bone. As far as I am concerned,the medical eximiner does not know what he is doing,and the cops just take his word for gospel. </div></div>

Dr. Dudd, whats the explanation for faeces and vomit said to be found in the hotel room with the body of Woolmer?

If a person has an impaired heart ans is succeptable to a heart attack,any streneous activity,that causes sessation of breathing,can easily result in a heart attack.
activities as mundane as coughing,vomit,(emises) or moving the bowell. As a matter of fact a very high percentage of heart attacks actually happens while th personis on the john. That is onf of the primary reason why heart patients are usually perscribed stool softner. This is to avoid the need to strain whole passing the stool.
There is also a very unusual relation between the nerve that is stimulated by the passing of stool and the heart.
Yes just the act of passing ths stool with any effort can innitiate a heart atack.
so you see it is not really unusual for heart attack to be associated with sitting on the john,and to find the person in that condition.
vomit is not that common,but with meds and their side effects nothing can be ruled out.

Look man,In jamaica expect every death to be first considered a murder (as long as it is not at the hands of the police0. In that case it is a shoot out.
then on closer scrutiny the roles reverse. the murders in thecivilian incidents,becomes nust plain natural cause,and thepolice incidents becomes murder.

So the office of govt. pathologist is just another hollow wood of a title like that of Governor General, sings the tune of the piper.

For a medical man to have stated murder as cause of death he was just singing the tune, because is Jamaica this.

What a reality of a circus circle we Jamaicans in Jamaica find ourselves in.

And you blame the class society for all this notoriety.

I think it is caused by a lack of leadership and a lack of demand from the people for accountability that has left Jamaica in the wake of ineptitude.

government patholigists all over the world functions just like legal aid lawyers. He who signs the contract decides the case.
The patholidist surely as to look forward to his next contract, don't he??

In who's intrest? which one puts money in his bank account?/
Look, he is not even a Jamaican,and even Jamaicans are known to do it in Jamaica too.
He will have to move on sometime anyway. he has a choice, move on with some money in the bank,or move on broke, because they did not renew his contract?
