the irony of the piece is that the billion paid to farrin road builders for the many projects still produce potholes afta one rainfall
so why give billions to farrin road builders who use bad equipment etc...juss use di locals an cut di cost since di result is di same
u do realise dat di road depicted is one of the infamous highways...
