<span style='font-size: 11pt'><span style='font-family: Arial Black'><span style="color: #FF0000">Man pleads guilty to murder of siblings</span></span></span>

Christopher Oliver, 26, the man charged with the murder of his mother and two brothers pleaded guilty when he appeared in the St. Catherine Circuit Court on Tuesday and will be sentenced on November 30.
Oliver used a sledge hammer and a knife on the night of July 22, 2006 to beat his mother Myrtle Oliver, 51, and brothers Omeal, 15, and 13-year-old Omar Oliver to death. He pleaded guilty before High Court Judge Justice Bryan Skyes and was remanded until the Probation Department completes a social enquiry report.
Oliver's appearance arose following a dispute that he was practising obeah by family members. The accusation sparked an altercation and the accused is said to have used the hammer and knife in the bloody rampage that followed. After committing the acts, he left the house and was not caught until the following morning when he was found asleep in his motor car in the Hampton Green area of St. Catherine.
