What about phone lines being cut for the copper resale?

The phone lines in Duncans (affecting all of Duncans, Duncans Bay & Silver Sands)have been cut twice in the last month...taking a WEEK for phone & internet service to be restored again...this has disrupted all peoples involved communications & internet services. I'm in the US right now but my husband has informed me that the phones are out again!....so, that leads me to believe that the lines have been cut AGAIN!...what is thw solution to this problem?

My business depends on net connections, plus I need to be in touch with my son who is in school in Mia....anyone have any input to this situation?

They are selling to the scarp dealer,and not the commodity market,and proice fluctation rarely inmfluence the pennies pid for copper anyway.
