Are skin lightening agents illegal in Jamaica ???? Just wondered after watching a news item on them on Channel 4 in the UK ????

I think there was a campaign to make them illegal, but I heard a self-described bleached-out badman seh, anyhow Portia touch the bleach, she gwine lose the Elections. Well she never did anything about it but she still lost. -
