The reviews I have read so far fall on both sides of the spectrum. Some people swear <span style="font-weight: bold">by</span> it, others swear <span style="font-weight: bold">at</span> it Supposedly, it is &quot;impossible&quot; to return if one doesn't like it, and support is IM-chat like; i.e. no help line number to call. Definitely sounds like buyer beware...

<span style="font-weight: bold">ETA;</span> One other thing. Though the company is supposed to charge the buyer's credit card after 30 days, a number of people complained charges showed up anywhere within the first seven days. In some cases, multiple charges \o/
