... protect a new BB from being stolen?

My son's made a BB. He's spent a long time working on it and though it's still not completed, he's just discovered that someone's copied <span style="text-decoration: underline">everything</span> he's done (spelling errors and all) and has the copied board under a new name and owner.

Does he have any recourse? How can he protect himself in the future?

He does have recourse write to the Site ISP and tell them to remove it as it is violating his a trespass on his Intellectual Property.
