creating stationary

wah mi waan fi duh is create mi own stationary dat mi cyan use inna email, or in any document mi want to use for business.

I have a lion fi mi logo, I want to ghost it put it in de center of the pg so it can be seen underneath any typing mi duh pan de document ar email etc.

Obviously when I've created this as a JPEG yuh still cyaan type over it. Is there a program I can use to create this?

Others might not be able to see your fancy work especially if they read your mails in Text, it will then be a DL and the added distraction might cause them to consign your mail to File 13.
