Sent emails getting lost in SPAM folders...HELP!

I have 2 emails addys....one is connected with my tourist rental site for rental inquiries (Yahoo mail)....I've just found out recently that many of the folks who have sent inquiries to me have not received the replies with info. that I've sent back to them!....some found my reply in the SPAM folder, others said they didn't get it at all!

Since I've discovered this, I've been copying their email address to my other email & replying from there, but just wondering if there's anything else I can do to make replying easier and to make sure they got my reply.

This is a money thing here....have no idea how many rentals I've lost because the inquirerer received no reply from me, or thought I didn't reply!

Stop sending Nigerian Mails...Lol

No tell them to watch their Spam Box.
Do you sent a lot of Broadcast type mailing?
If you do CC try BCC, but this time make sure at least one of the recipients is yourself.

Also even if you are sending mails to a long list you might want to send individual mails so as to assure the receipt mail handler that you are not Nigerian or Jamaican Lottery Scam, in fact this might be the problem that you have a yahoo.uk account from Jamaica or somewhere!

I don't send ANY bulk emails...I'm just replying to rental inquiries from the website I advertise on, vrbo.com, and am responding through my yahoo mail acct., which is tied into the vrbo.com website.

I opened the yahoo email acct. when I was in the States....I have a US address...does that matter?

Some mail handlers rigorously check the headers to see where the mail comes from; at some point in time they may have flagged your advertiser in the past.
