I have 2 emails addys....one is connected with my tourist rental site for rental inquiries (Yahoo mail)....I've just found out recently that many of the folks who have sent inquiries to me have not received the replies with info. that I've sent back to them!....some found my reply in the SPAM folder, others said they didn't get it at all!
Since I've discovered this, I've been copying their email address to my other email & replying from there, but just wondering if there's anything else I can do to make replying easier and to make sure they got my reply.
This is a money thing here....have no idea how many rentals I've lost because the inquirerer received no reply from me, or thought I didn't reply!
