on my laptop has come off! Dyam dawg walked across the machine while I was in the shower. Now what do I do to get it back on?

Firmly press down. It is just a cap.
In any case there is no need for the F5 Button expect for Special Booting/Dell Function.

Too funny TG! Or maybe she was surfing the doggie personals ads for some mutt. Thanks to you both, I'll have try harder to line up the key with the frame. It doesn't look broken. Yeah, I never use the key but it is unsightly having that gaping hole there like that!Comment

Hahha Kia, the dog wasn't naughty Paris, she's prolly wreck the whole thing! it was Kari, my overweight Miniature Pinscher. I haven't even had time to try to fix it as I've been having construction happeneing for the last month.Comment
