A guy went to a interview and didn't get the job. During the interview , the interviewer mentioned something about negligence. She repeat the word negligence so frequently as if it going out of style.

The guy didn't get the job all because the interviewer saw his broken cellular phones glass and used it as an excuse for not hiring the guy.

Because the woman who did the interview talk about it after she was was questioned by one of her co worker. She admitted that his broken cellular phone glass is sign of negligence and the company doesn't need that right now. The person who ask her question was my ex girlfriend. I knew about it through my ex girlfriend.

I can sort of understand the woman's reasons for not hiring him.

It may show that he is not into perfection, lets thing slide, too lazy to get it fixed, has no pride in the things he owns so how much pride will he have for the companies things etc... .

They say that you can tell a lot about someone by their shoes. Style, clean or dirty, worn and smelly etc... . I guess the same is true about cell phones.
