He likes it for the note taking capabilities..although he wishes for a bigger screen.

Dunno what his friends think about it, he is away at school.

Shi did provide a key piece of information, even though brief. The need for the larger screen could be key. However, with a larger screen, may come extra weight that you will have to prop up, and hug on one arm while you try to write, if you are not at a desk or table.

Sure would love to pick the young man's brain some more though, especially as it relates to the handwriting recognition aspects.

I did ask about the handwriting recognition, he said it worked fine for him. It converted his handwriting to text. But then we have to remember, he is a teenaged college student. So what is acceptable to him, may not be acceptable to us.

I would think he is probably a bit more lenient with any mistakes. Altho' he said it converted his handwriting correctly. Again, I am assuming he re-read his notes come exam time.
