no but if yuh count how much words in one sentence and average dat by how much sentence pan a page (aftah yuh read de fuss sentence and time yuhself)and devide dat by de mount a sentence an de estimation of de mount a words pan a page afta yuh add in de discrepancy of lag time for your mind dosing while reading you should be in the ball park of + or - 33% an hopefull wah yuh waan read nuh run on like disya sentence here

Yes, there is a way, if you use Speech Synthesizer software with a timer.

You could also read the speech into a digital, voice recorder wihch has a timer/counter built in.
