Baby touched smoething

now the scroll not working on the touchpad..went to reinstall the drivers but it said the current driver is the most uptodate one and is working..

it works...just not the scroll

ok here's what I had to do..uninsall synaptics..reboot....reinstall synaptics...reboot...works like a charm

as to why it stopped working I have not the foggiest idea!
