I would like to save a thread from Jamaicaholics and burn it to a CD before it is deleted. Is that possible? How do I do that?

from your menu bar, go to File....then Save As. Save it to your hard drive

Save it as web page compete html. However, you have to make sure both pieces (the HTML and the folder) of the web page are burned to the CD or it won't work.
If you have a PDF writer you can also save it with that, using: File > then selecting the PDF driver icon > Print. This is much simpler.Comment

Keep in mind that when the thread exists out of multiple pages, you have to save them one after the other. Save page doesn't save the whole thread.

So when I save it as a web page to a disk, I can then view it on a computer that's not hooked up to the internet?Comment

Yes indeed.
If you choose "Webpage Complete", or "Web Archive", your browser will download all html, image, style, ... files necessary to view it offline.Comment
