Getting arested for producing bio-weapons to be used for terrorism when you fart ?
The point the US government makes is : "When you're not in the US government, well, then you MUST be a terrorist we MUST spy on"
All these so called anti-terrorism measurements are (to my opinion) quite useless.
If terrorists really want to blow up something in the US, they will. And no one can stop them.
It's like securing your house. You can put up an alarm, electric fences, ... But when a burglar really wants to get in, he will, and there's nothing you can do about it.
