I agree with everyone's comments on the issue but this is where my mushy PollyAnna self leans on the issue. I have the "even if it is one child saved" mentality. I dont need anyone to come say that this is efficient
It is just how I feel about it. However, like Blackstar said, if the kids dont have access to computers then the point is moot to an extent.

nd those whio are presently p[aying is actually returning the favour granted them while tghey were growing up. somebody paid taxes so that they could go to school.
Somebody paid with their health, lives and taxesso that they can enjoy the level f ease theynow take for granted.
The ones who complains the most are the most subsidized. Only they don't know it.Comment
