<span style="color: #3333FF">When I go into task manager and look at the processes, there's a long list of things going on at one time, and now I see why my computer fan is always running like it's cooling off the whole house on a 90degree day.

How can I tell which processes are necessary and which can be ended?

How can I clean my startup or registry or whatever of unnecessary background programs?

Is there a diagnostic that I can downloan and run on my computer to try to optimize the performance before I disconnect everything and take it to Best Buy and pay for them to do it?</span>
