Software remover

Does microsoft service pack2 come with software remover.

Because for stranger reason some thing is moving stuff off my computer.

The other day download ads that pop up on the screen with those smiley. But some how the program is no ware to be find on my hard drive.

Now I was wondering if service pack2 come with some kind of software remover to take off junk program that could cause harm to the system.

No SP2 doesnt perform any checks like that. You may want to run an anti-virus to check for problems and it never hurts to check for adware/spyware. You can get the 2 best scanners free on the net here:

You said you downloaded the program, but did not say if you installed it and/or ran the actual software after you downloaded it?
