Go to Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Look for the SP2 then remove. Or, because you have XP, you can run a System Restore to an earlier date before you installed SP2 = click on Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, then select System Restore then follow the prompts. System Restore does not delete recently created files such as Word, Excel, etc., only program files and settings installed after a specific roll back date. Good luck.Originally posted by Sweetssop:

I have no problem with it, since I download it.
My computer is running much better than before with.
I am using window xp profesional.
Probley it wasn't properly download, uninstall it then download it gain without having anything else open while its download.
