Yup its flash, and they spent a lot of time on that GUI. Nice site but way too much work to build and day to day updates would be a pain....but it is a nice original design.

Its very easy to build, but my only problem is I don't now any about macromedia and how to get the its original source.

You have to buy Macromedia Flash to create Flash movies.

...or there are some free ones floating around but you wouldn't really be able to customize them without having the software.

This site is good. It is done entirely in Flash. When you design/develop a website/page using flash it generates ALL the necessary HTML, JavaScript and Java code for you AUTOMATICALLY.

The techneque used to achieve the website in question is called ActionScripts. This is the method used to program movie clips and other "objects" within flash files.

They can incorporate/handle movies like quicktime, sounds, animations, graphics, navigations, access databases, including ASP, PHP and other exeternal scripting languages. I love Flash an been using it since the very first release of flash to date.

I suspect that they may even use Ultradev. Director and Dreamweaver with the development of this site too, to fine tune and tweak certain features within it.

Anyone wanting to learn flash, I suggest getting a very good Flash book.

Though Flash is currently on version 7, I found that this book was very very good for me.
