URGENT Hotmail giving problems....help.

Everytime i try to access my email inbox i get a new screen with a box that says i should add the numbers and letters i see.
Once i do that i still cant access the inbox,have tried all sorts and still no luck.
It comes up (Forced hip service).
I have a net passport and one of my boxes has 56 emails,i use this to keep in touch with my business,what do i do???

Uh didnt microsoft get rid of passport?

HIP stands for home IP service which may indicate a modem problem but I kinda doubt it if you can surf the net.

Try to get rid of passport and login using [email protected] & password.

Hotmail really isnt suited to be a business account, its more of a public email addy so spammers don't flood your ISP email.

If you still have problems post here and we will see what we can do.

Try to see if you can log-on from your local library.

deleted cookies and reduced the level of security and it worked.
