Trying to open files that won't open....

I'm experiencing this little glitch and have tried everything I know to open these links on a site for the Itidarod race in Alaska. Trying to figure out if I am doing something wrong, missing a program I should have, or if the links are dead.

I have one other problem that may be related too. Clickable links in email, do not work either. Am I doin something wrong or missing something here?

This is the page with the links I am trying to open, which are the 'press releases'. All other links are opening but the press ones. Thanks for any help!

i had that problem a few weeks ago too
but dont remember how i resloved it.
but before it was resolved i had to hold down the Ctrl key and click on the link that i wanted open
make sure you have adobe reader on your computer to open the link you posted above.
