Microsoft AntiSpyware - Info

I decided to download Microsoft Antispyware since it got a better rating than Spywareguard- (javacool) who built the reputable Spywareblaster.

I have been running both Spywareblaster and Spybot S&D for some time on my computers and never detected any worms or spyware!

Even though I also run Norton Internet Security Pro and Ad-Aware SE, Microsoft Antispyware detected a worm and a spyware on my machine. Both of which neither Norton Internet Security, Spywareblaster, Spybot S&D or Ad-Aware SE detected.

Are they on your machine?

Microsoft Antispyware also has features that non of the others have. It's a pity this is a beta version that will only last a few months but it is worth the install to protect yourselves within that time frame.

Worms, Virus, Malware, Spyware...its enough to make ya want to scream, or install Linux (heh). Its getting pretty annoying to use Windows with all the additional tools you have to run to keep your PC running smoothly.

I reinstalled XP Pro about a month ago, and I thought I had pulled the LAN cable during the install...well I forgot in the rush to get it done and in 3 minutes of booting XP for the first time after reinstall the box already had an infection. Simple fix for me but amazing how fast they can get ya, even without going to a site!

We need laws that allow users to go to companies that make virus, malware, spam and the like, and burn their offices down, stone their CEO to death, and castrate their staff to prevent future problems.

lol harsh eh? I know, but it would be fun!
