Well, are you saying, as soon as you change the page does not automatically refresh, or is this after you have been in the new formum for a while, you have to refresh each time to update to the current post(s)?

Two things you can try:

1) Go under: Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > Settings > "Check for newer version of stored page" > make sure either "automatic" or "Every visit to the page" is checked.

2) Also clean out your browser cache:
Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > Delete Files.

Okay the low disk space icon just popped up and allowed it to clear out all unused files on drive C it is running nicely again

Low Disk Space? Jedi, sounds like you need to burn some ah dem junk yuh hav pan yuh PC tu ah CD or delete some ah dem.

Duh it soon, before wan ah dem days yah wen yuh ah duh some important work, yuh PC jus lock-up pan yuh without any warning.
