Windows Media Player Problems.

Someone emailed me a windows media player audio/video file. When I click on it I hear the audio but see just a black screen. Any ideas?

PS I downloaded the newes version of the media player from microsoft's site to see if that would help. I use Windows Me and the newest version available for Windows ME is version 9. something.

You probably need a codec to play it. Check with the person who sent you the file and see if they know what codec it requires.
