Browser frame upgrades??

Can't access certain web pages keeps giving me the message:
(browser does not support frames)
Where do i go from here?

Well you didnt include much information so all I can give you is an expliantion of why frames may be broken or why your brower does not support it.

To better answer your question we would need details like - What Browser, What OS you are using, and site link that gives this error.
