Whats he best, most cost effective way to send video files? or share them?

My opinion is list below in the order of practicality:

1)Probably on CD or DVD if you don't have broadband internet access.

2)If you, and they have broadband, and you have a file storage space online, then have them download or stream it from there.

3)Use a private file sharing network like Grouper

4) Convert the video to a very compressed popular format like "WMV" and use email to send over the net, if less than 1Meg in size.
