In my area, ATT better than Verizon. Both have dropped calls in certain places, but Verizon had more. Seems I have more drops with the GSM phone, than I did with the old analog.

Unless it is a system that they recently took over. verizon does not use GSM. they use exclusively CDMA which is not as cheap to operate or popular as GSM, but much more robust. I love VZ..it a likkle more expensive than I had anticipated but service is stellar!

Just bite the bullet. It is still better than not having another choice. The feds was supposed to remove the 2 year requirement, but I don't know how far that has gone. I switched from ATT to Tmobile this year. TM SUCKS! a pure drop call me get. Me a contemplate pay di cancellation fee fi get outta di contract. Me hate dem.

Me did tink drop call was a ting of di past, cause me couldn't tell when lass me get one drop call from ATT. Me frighten when me switch service and call a drop.

Based on the previous responses, it looks like it depends on the area. Kia, check with people in your area. See what kind of service they receive.

I thought if it was less than 30 days you can cancel the service. Please tell us it is less than 30 days

TM sucks in South Florida. I was so used to drop called I knew where the &quot;dead zones&quot; were. I had them for years until I finally had to switch to AT&amp;T earlier this year. I have not had one call dropped since switching.
