Hotmail problems

Does anyone else use hotmail? I haven't been able to log on since yesterday morning.

Mine is okay too - although I hate it....my regular email is down because the server is in Florida [img]/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

From Firefox, I can't access it. The page says 'Under Construction'. But from Explorer, I can access it.

IE and Firefox both work for me. You may need to clear your cache and cookies.

First off a warning - Deleting cookies will make you lose all auto-login like here on jammaicans.com and any other site that requires a stored cookie. So before you clear them you may want to visit sites that require username/password and make sure you know what the password is and what email addy you have each account tied to.

Firefox
Cookies:
1. Click on Tools, then Options
2. Select the Privacy icon in the left-hand panel
3. Click on Cookies
4. Click on View Cookies
5. To remove a single cookie click on the entry in the list and click on the Remove Cookie button.
6. To remove all cookies click on the Remove All Cookies button.

Cache:
1 Click Tools and select Options on the Firefox menu bar.
2 Click the Privacy Icon on the Option menu bar to open the Privacy Properties.
3 Click Clear across from the Cache option.
4 Click Ok to return to the browser main page.
5 Exit and relaunch the browser.

IE 6.0:

Cookies:
Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7.x you can go to Tools -> Internet Options, click on the 'General' tab and click on the 'Delete Cookies' button.

Cache:
1. Click Start, select Settings and Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Click Delete Files.
NOTEo not select Delete Cookies. Delete Files removes all the cookies stored on the computer.
5. Click OK on the Delete Files dialog box.
6. Click OK.
