Whatwas the temporeture? since liquid nitrogen is -247degrees, and although iy is in the open, thetempreture of those items would be cold enough to be frozen tobare fingers. Since the perspirationon th efinger would be instamntly frozen.
That should form an ice bond between the fingers and the item.
So I'm assuming thatit is frozen CO2 (dry ice). That would be true if the nitrogen was poured on the magnet, but it is not. It is poured on the conducting material only.

I understand th eprinciples abiout the miesner effect and the fluxtraping effect, but I did not believe that you could touch the object cooled at that tempreture where ir function. since they always use lotes of thick gloves to demonstrate it's effects safely..
