I love all things mechanical and electronic from the big to the tiny and I am a sucker for every new gadget that comes out

I am not that into jewelry and stuff like that so I figure its a good trade off.

so - lets hear them - I know u guys have a few things that I could use...

Well i have a VoIP line that is used as the home line where it automatically rings my mobile after x amount of seconds if it is not picked up. This way I use only 1 voicemail account and generally do not miss calls.

I tried their SimulRing feature which rings multiple lines simultaneously (or with hunting features) and the drawback was that when I called from one of the SimulRing numbers to the VoIP line, I could never reach the VoIP line (it went to voicemail)

My calendar is linked to my mobile phone with constant synching so if I am at the doctor's office with the kids, I can schedule the new appt knowing with confidence there is not a conflict.

No issues with connectivity at all. Have been using it since November 2003 $25 a month with the ability to call US/Canada/ England... ok prices to call Jamaica

but of course when current cut off den no dial tone.. but... in case of loss of network connectivity all calls are forwarded to my mobile so mi criss still.

We also have the Fios triple play ting as my mother desires a 'traditional' landline service but mi lock off international calling cause it cheaper pon de VoIP line.. So she just borrows a handset when she want to call outsid the US and she happy

mi mac, iphone, miter saw, pfaff sewing machine

software-wise: soundflower and audacity caw mi can rip<span style="text-decoration: line-through">awf</span> archived podcasts to mi itunes and sync to mi iphone.

Great portability, and it is very small, but bigger than a PDA, so that you can take notes on it easily, unlike the bigger tablet laptops. I am still digging around to find more compatible gadget/tools add-in software to put on it. The adventure continues.......
