Using Iphone in Jamaica - Turbo Sim

I have a Digicel phone/sim card. Does anyone know if I can use the Turbo Sim (explanation below) to overlay the card will it unlock my Iphone in Jamaica?

A Turbo Sim overlays your regular sim card and unlocks the Iphone allowing it to use other networks

Well you know how resourceful jamaicans are,someone will get it working for you,just mek dem eat a food.
