Hey J Kid...that's the thing, I don't know the format. Have you heard of Blogtalk Radio? It's an internet radio site. Shows are archived so listeners can access them after the live programs.

The internet link doesn't have an extension so I have no clue how do a google search to see if I can find a converter.
