First, create a SHARED folder on the laptop dat noh ha di USB attached to it, fi put yuh files.


Now Right click on My Computer > Map Network Drive > Select "B" or "Z" > \\server name\share folder\file_path, or \\<computer name>\<path to location of files>, dis points tuh di laptop wid di USB attached. Yuh can also browse tuh it.

"Click the "Reconnect at login" checkbox if this network drive should be mapped permanently. Otherwise, this drive will un-map when the user logs out of this computer. If the remote computer that contains the files requires a different username and password to log in, click the "different user name" hyperlink to enter this information".

Make sure that the files are correctly set up for sharing on the remote computer.

I am having some trouble here, mi nuh shame fi seh mi lossssss
I've shared de file on de pc weh not connected.
I've mapped the drive and shaed the folder I want pan de Z drive.
Now am I suppose to seet from de pc weh not connected, can I see this wirelessly, do I need to plug in an ethernet cable from the router, or buy dat usb cable uppa top deh ar wah?

alright seetya now.
Fimi routah have a usb port pan de back which is made for sharing.
It is actually called a share port suh mi hadfi put de shareport utility pan both or all pcs weh waan hook to it and use it fi share and store etc. De routah cyan even use fi usb printers to mek dem sharable.

Got it hooked up and is working wirelss pan both. weh de pat miself pan mi back ting deh

Yes, yuh router is part ah yuh wireless network, soh dat is another alternative way fi duh ie, as wi hav discussed on here before.

Yu wi still need wan USB cable fi plug inna di router port though, unless yuh hav ah extra wan around.

I actually thought that usb pan de back a de routah was fi firmware upgrades etc or storing settings on a stick.

De nex ting fi learn an duh is set it up weh mi cyan link tuh router and drive from anyweh mi deh. ANYWEH!
