I'm now back to the 2 original drives to see if I can recreate the errors again. If dis work it nuh good enugg cah mi have more den 100GB wert a music.

the BIOS is the program that tell the computer what to do, before windows comes on and it also works in the background along with windows to make your computer function properly.

It controls every piece of hardware on the mother board.
And it is upgradable.
It is also repairable, if damaged too.
you can get downloads from your computer or mother board manufacturer.

And i think that pressing F2 just after start up will get you there.

Bi very careful wen re-flashing yuh BIOS!!!!

Yuh can tun yuh laptop into an brick to bi used as ah expensive door-stop, if yuh noh kno whe yuh ah duh. Di wrang flash version, or interruption or glitch during di process can easily duh dat.

It seem like that is where it is at present!!
As long as he down load the BOIS on a media that the computer can boot off.
All he need to do is to put in in and even the brick computer will be re flashed and come back to life.

He won't need to flash the Bios.
all he needn to do is to examine thesetting of each piece of hardware and compare them with the spec of what he is using and change them if not compatible to the new hardware specs. Wheneve I get computer that is BIOS set to boot from system,or hard drive. I always change it to boot from CDrom,or USB or whatever I Want to. After I do that then I go to the manufacturers site and download the BIOS upgrade.if after looking at the BIOS version I see it is in need of upgrading. Another thing is that it take a few seconds to upgrade the BIOS.
