New Google Phone launched today...Anyone getting it?

I just check out Google's new phone. Like every new phone it is suppose to compete again the iPhone. Seem to have some nice features and it looks good. I don't like the price though. Based on the lead up (rumors) I got the impression that they would make it easy to "detach" from mobile carriers networks with a reasonable prices phone. Was anyone here waiting for this phone before they changed their old phone.

Hmmm ;think: I had a google phone from August and I LOVE it!!

Don't have an iPhone so I wouldn't knwo if it's better than...but I know it's better than Blackberry (and this came from Blackberry users)

I like the demonstration of the features.
If verizon had done that with the Droid I would have made up my mind to take one.
i am due to upgrade my phones at present, but was waiting to see what features is available.

I like the Droid, because of the carrier, but the Google phone seem attractive from the Demo i see.

I'm keeping my eye on it to see how it does. I'm impressed by some of the features I've read and that were leaked. I'm also watching to see what Apple does in the Summer with the 4th gen iPhone and watching to see what the carriers do with the 4g network.
