Any Visual Basic? Help

I have to get a label to display the same amount of dashes as a word that player 1 enters. It is for a hangman game if you enter today then I want the label to display _ _ _ _ _

I have to loop it but I cannot figure out how too

sarry Ivoree. Looked as promised, but dunno this one. Havent written code since foxpro2.. so suffice to say mi rusty.

Thanks xKs...I've turned it in without it completed as there was a deadline. I had most of it completed except for that last loop.
