Well for one thing the Outlook data files are just a copy and paste, or move process. Also you have a lot more functionality available to you. I tried the "Express" version a while back, but deserted it and went back to full blown outlook.
I like Outlook more than I like Express. Express just doesnt have the features I want, and it even blocks most safe attatchments so you cant send yourself a simple file. Outlook has a lot more features because its part of Microsoft Office. Much more robust and loaded with features.
