I have been topping up my Ja cell here in the states. Now I have lost the sim card. when I go back can I just get a new sim card but keep my same no? thanks

If you still have the original paperwork, you can get another sim card and keep the original number. My sim card was damaged, and I had my original papers with the PUK code and the sim card ID#, and I got it replaced at the Digicel store.

Thanks so much for the help. Now another problem oh dear.. I found my Ja sim card but now have a new phone. All my phone nos are stored in the old phone. not on the Ja sim card. Is there a way to transfer the phone nos from my old phone to the Ja sim. Don`t know why I have to make things so complicated for my self but seems I do.. Thanks

put sim card in old phone; transfer numbers from old phone onto sim card; put sim card in new phone; done
