Question about instant messenger

What does it mean when it says the person is "idle" or "no longer idle"?....just what it sounds like? Will they get a message if you send it at either of those times?..thanks [img]/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Idle - the person is not using their IM

If you send a message the person will get it when he or she returns to their IM.
