HELP!!!! My desktop has a virus, does anyone know of a company that can remote access my puter so that i dont lose all of my info. I have a Dell, call them and they want over $200 for a 1 year subscription.
I had this done about a year ago, paid appx $60 however I can not remember the company that I used.
Someone suggested that I store all of my info on a USB and then reboot my computer. Cant do that because my computer will only let me start up in the safe mode and the USB is not registering. I hope my goose is not cooked!
