Tech Question

I posted a question in the Feedback Forum. I need an answer quick. There is a future boardite out there trying to register and not having much success. We need [img]/forums/images/graemlins/70367-help.gif[/img]

The problem may be their cookie settings on their PC or firewall blocking cookies. They need to give some level of permission to some web sites or they will have trouble logging in. Sometimes lack of java script being available on the PC can cause issues on some sites. What browser are they using?
